Bond’s World with Heineken event celebrated the seventh film of Heineken – Bond partnership that started with the movie “Tomorrow Never Dies” in 1997. They were also involved in the previous Bond films such as “The World is not Enough”, “Die Another Day”, “Casino Royale”, “Quantum of Solace” and “SkyFall”.
Heineken is a pale lager beer with 5% alcohol by volume. It is well known for its signature green bottle and red star. They are produced by the Dutch brewing company Heineken International.
Celebrities and James Bond fans alike got a chance to open Bond‘s legendary world during the Heineken’s exclusive movie screening of “Spectre” last November 6 at the IMAX Theater SM Aura. Actress Maxene Magalona and Philippine Football National Team member Anton del Rosario hosted the said event.
“As a fan of both James Bond and Heineken, I really looked forward to this event. I dressed up like James Bond and even mingled with other Bond fans. I think this is the closest thing to being a James Bond for a night,” shared Anton.
The hosts of the night officially opened the screening and 350 invited guests celebrated the long-time partnership of Heineken and James Bond that spans for 17 years.
Country Manager for HEINEKEN Philippines, David Tulloch witnessed the Filipino hospitality as they warmly welcomed the Heineken and James Bond collaboration for the first time in the Philippines. “It is an exciting time for Heineken here in the Philippines. I hope all the guests here continue to pursue legendary achievements in their own right,” concludes Mr. Tulloch.
There were other celebrity Bond fans present such as basketball player Terence Romeo, celebrity blogger Camille Co, hair stylist Jing Monis, DJ Natalia Moon, actresses Karel Marquez, Jef Gaitan, and Alex Castro.
