 12-year old Gary Emmanuel Tanlip won 2nd place  for the Underwater Macro Photography Competition held during the first-ever Panglao International Dive Fiesta which happened simultaneously last June 12-15, 2014 in Panglao Island, Bohol. Tanlip won a recognition certificate plus Php 15,000 in cash. The 1st and 3rd prize goes to Bong Mangcao and Andre Montenegro receiving recognition certificates and Php 25,000 and Php 10,000, respectively.
