Meralco electricity rates goes down for the second straight month


 For the second time around and after registering a reduction of PhP 0.70 per kilowatthour (kWh) in overall rates last month, the Manila Electric Company (Meralco) said that electricity rates will go down again this month by PhP 0.58 per kWh.  If you are concern that your electricity bill(s) might jack up this month because, as we all know,  the heat temperature is badly rising this summer time and the solutions like going to malls, increase the air conditioner cooling, double the household electric fan, all of these are not easy-on-the-pocket.
