 Yesterday, Feb. 12, was the first day of the 19th Philippine International Hot Air Balloon which is being held at Clark Field in Pampanga and will continue until Feb. 15, 2014. We joined the crowd by noon time hoping to see the much-awaited Hot Air Balloon Fly-in by late afternoon. And while waiting, we content ourselves by walking around the area, took some photos, and upload some of it in our Flickr account.  Last year, there were no celebrations of Philippine International Hot Air Balloon Festival (PIHABF)… What we meant, officially there was none. The last Philippine International Hot Air Balloon Festival was staged in 2013, the 18th year. It was supposed to be followed in 2014.
