One of the memorable and inspiring event that we’ve attended during the last quarter of the year, exactly a month before Christmas, was the celebration and Thanksgiving bash of COOK Magazine that was held at F1 Hotel in Taguig. Through the invitation of our good friend Marlon Aldenese, Advertising Sales Manager, COOK, we were able to join the merry-making and dinner-party holiday bash of COOK Magazine.
It inspires us because, like Marlon, we are also running a magazine, which is also in print. Yes, at this age of the new millennium where everyone is going digital, we are challenging ourselves by running a print travel magazine called Adventour.
COOK‘s celebration inspires us because they have been in the industry for more than 14 years and when we heard that, our thought bubble told us that Adventour will someday be like COOK.
Currently headed by Chef Dino Datu, Editor-in-Chief, COOK, the magazine that aims to connect foodies with interesting features of recipes, tips, trivia, etc., celebrates milestone journeys and by way of giving back, a Thanksgiving party was organized to credit their staff, writers, photographers, sponsors, advertisers, friends, clients, and everyone who supported COOK Magazine.
To Marlon and Dino, may COOK Magazine continue to be blessed and successful in many years to come. Happy New Year, COOK Magazine!
