There’s a new online shopping site that will make buying and selling products much easy and time efficient. EasyShop.ph, the newest online shopping site in the Philippines makes transactions easy for buyers and sellers with no more than 30 minutes and your online shopping transaction is done, making EasyShop the fastest when it comes to online business transactions.
To register as EasyShop Seller is so easy, according to Nelson Liao, CEO and President of EasyShop Online, Inc. “All you need to do is register (on our site), wait for email confirmation, verify, and you can start your selling,” Liao said.
Liao said that EasyShop is far different from other online shopping platforms. “EasyShop is like a mall in the internet that allows everyone to ‘open a mall’ in EasyShop and start selling,” Liao explained to us during a short interview at the Seller’s Night Event that happened last May 17 in Greenhills, San Juan City. “EasyShop engaged with the buyers and acts as a bridge between the buyer and seller. Once the buyer checks out for payment, EasyShop keeps the payment until the product or goods are delivered to the buyer. Once the product is received by the buyer and notifies EasyShop, the seller then receives the payment,” Liao added. Payments from EasyShop.ph transactions are put on hold for 15 days for the buyer and seller’s security.
Starting on June 15, when EasyShop officially launch its website, a mobile application will also be available on Android and iOS devices. “For sellers, we’ll be having built-in apps for most smartphones and tablets in the Philippines so the coverage is really extensive. We plan to have diverse advertising method to help out our sellers, not to mention a huge advertising budget every month. On the other hand, for buyers, the Android and iOS apps support assures every access for them. We have a secure payment method which they can use. For now we have DragonPay and PayPal available and will have more models of payment in the near future,” continued Liao, who is a graduate of De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde in 2009.
EasyShop also partners with BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and other non-banking payment facilities like Bayad Center and 7-11 stores.
As of May 16, EasyShop has a total of more than 2,000 sellers and at around 5,000 products for sale available in the website. The online shopping transactions will officially starts on June 15. Would-be sellers can now register to the website so they can start posting their merchandise up for sale.
Also, there will be no transaction charges until November 1. Sellers will be charged of 3% for every successful transaction amount after the said date. Delivery charges are shouldered by the buyers.
EasyShop has a partnership with Nelsoft Technology, Inc. and PoziHongkong Technology, Ltd. – two reliable software development entities that handles the website.
