When it comes to food and cooking, one kitchen appliances brand knows more when it comes to it. Embarking on food exploration and the nation’s rich cultural heritage, Electrolux unveils a journey of Discover-E of Filipino culture when it comes to destinations, festivals, and most especially with food. “Filipinos are known when it comes to the rich food culture, and this is one of the components of our campaign, Discover-E; and as a support to the culinary heritage of the Philippines, we also want to encourage our customers to make discoveries of their own via Instagram and Twitter photo contest encouraging them to submit and post what food they are eating or have discovered,” says Kai Pioquinto, Group Product, Electrolux Philippines.

Alex Dizon of Rammmpa; Raffy Pedrajita of Pinoy Travel Blog; and Juan Manila of Juan Traveler, who all experienced great tasting and flavorful dishes in Southern Luzon on a 2 day-leg of discoveries.
The three bloggers ventured on a road trip from Manila to explore the rich heritage of Quezon province, which started in Lucban where they got to dine and met the “Queen of Lucban” Doña Milada Dealo Valde, owner of the well-known Dealo Koffee Klatch in the region. They also visited Church of Lucban, A. Regidor Street, Kamay ni Hesus Healing Center, Kamayan sa Palaisdaan, Ugu Bigyan Gallery in Lucena, before taking the last stop-over at Sulyap Gallery Café in San Pablo City, Laguna.
The Discover-E Food Tour will continue on a weekly journey with Vigan as the next destination, to Cebu, Davao, and will end on a food trip in Pampanga.
Food fanatics, however, shouldn’t miss out the chance to win amazing prizes every week by joining a food photo contest coming very soon. All they have to do is post and share their favorite Filipino dishes on Instagram or Twitter by tagging @ElectroluxPH and including the hashtag #DiscoverE.
