In an event staged by Hizon’s Catering in Oasis Manila venue place, Joseph Hizon, Hizon’s Catering General Manager mentioned that it was a first-time event for their company to organize an event for their own sake. “We put up events like weddings, birthdays for our clients and this is our first time to do an event for ourselves,” Hizon shared during the Bloggers Event earlier today, July 12.
“We have really good food. We invest a lot in developing the menu, in the preparation of the food, and in our equipment. We make everything from scratch. As part of our culture, we don’t allow instant food and flavorings in our kitchens.”
Indeed, the well organized event composed of four themed occasion was a success. It featured Hizon’s Catering’s masterpiece menus when it comes to celebrating events like Wedding, Children’s Party, Seminar, and Awards Night.
Flavorful dishes such as Beef Salpicao with Grilled Vegetables and Mashed Potato and Chicken Sambal completed the menu package for their wedding services.
Bacon-wrapped Cocktail Hotdog with Sweet BBQ Sauce livens the Children Party package.
There’s an Omelette Cooking Station for the Seminar with Coffee and Tea to complement the business and seminar themed event.
And lastly, Tempura Roll, Argentinian Steak Canape and more appetizing treats make up the cocktail party service for Awards Night.
All the dishes were whipped up by the kitchen team headed by chef Simon Dayrit. Event styling was by Drew Menor.
The biggest event they’ve handled had a whopping 15,000 guests but they can cater intimate get togethers of 50 persons as well. Menu packages start at P450 per person.
“We are not the cheapest but you get a lot for what you patly for, that’s what we’re known for, what we give you is of good value,” shared Joseph.
