Today, we are showing you how to cook San Marino Corned Tuna Sisig Combo Ingenious Recipe using of course the San Marino Corned Tuna, a very healthy canned goods rich in Omega-3 DHA.
We called our Ingenious Recipe, San Marino Corned Tuna Sisig Combo because we are using both Original Corned Tuna and Chili Corned Tuna flavor as our main ingredients.
To begin with, we need:
One (1) 180g Original Corned Tuna
One (1) 180g Chili Corned Tuna
One (1) piece onion (minced)
Three to four cloves of garlic (minced)
1/2 tablespoon Black pepper (crushed)
1 pc. green bell pepper (sliced)
Quarter size ginger (thinly sliced)
1 tablespoon cooking oil
1 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 cup pork crackling “chicharon” bits (optional)
One (1) egg
3 pcs. calamnsi (for dips)
Open two (2) 180g cans of San Marino Corned Tuna and place it on a strainer to juice out its sauce. Heat the frying pan to a medium-low, then pour in 1 tablespoon cooking oil. Sautee garlic, half of the onion minced, ginger, half of the bell pepper until all mixed and done evenly.
Next, pour in the mixture of drained Original Corned Tuna and Chili Corned Tuna into the frying pan. Let it cooked for 5 minutes.
Mix in the rest of the bell pepper until you hear a crisp-like popping sound – sign that the tuna almost cooked. Pour in the soy sauce and the tuna broth, mix it well with the ingredients in the pan.
While mixing, you may now add the egg and stir it evenly to mix with the ingredients. Stir occasionally until the next 5 minutes until it is ready to serve. Add the remaining minced onion.
It’s optional to add pork crackling bits before serving or you may add it as served with rice on your plate.
Cut and squeeze the calamansi in a small sauce plate and add soy sauce, just in case you want more flavor to the dish and for dipping.
