Kata has surprised its market once again with the release of the latest entry-level smartphone unit, Kata F2. It is the successor to Kata F1 and Kata F1s and still at the affordable price range for Kata fanatics.
When we released our unboxing and first impressions for Kata F2, we don’t have yet the price info of the newest phone but as we have mentioned, we knew that this model will be on the budget category. It turns out that our guess was on the dot. Kata released officially Kata F2 at the same time revealed its price at PhP 3,999 only.
Although a basic entry phone, Kata F2 has the specs that some mid-range smartphones have, but of course, less the price. And that’s just one of the many good things Kata has always been offering for its consumers.
We’ve used Kata F2 on our daily drive and found out how it serves its functionality well. Typing or sending messages via its keyboard may not be one of the stand-out features but when it comes to its processor, storage, camera, and other functions and features, Kata F2 proves to be one of the devices consumers should take a look before spending too much money on other brands. Kata F2 can also give what other brands can provide.

Here’s the test score when we tested Kata F2’s AnTuTu Benchmark:
Take for example the 8MP rear camera which is surprisingly gives a fine quality of photo resolutions. We also tried taking videos from the Kata F2 and it worked wonders. It must be because of the 4.5-inch size that makes Kata F2 stabilize whenever we take some photos or while we keep it still as we record videos.

These functionalities drive consumers to patronize the brand Kata. In the Philippines, Kata Digital already has 1.7 million followers on their Facebook page. This is such a feat that can nearly compare to Samsung Philippines’ 2.4 million and Starmobile’s 3 million followers.
So for all of you who have been saving up, here’s your chance to get your money’s worth one more time.
