Lee Jeans, the brand that established an impressive denim heritage, proved again their purposeful craftsmanship through “Denim Refreshment”, a new fashion to dress up your jeans the DIY way.
Lee Denim Rip and Repair was launched May 29, 2015 at SM Mall of Asia, Atrium that marks as the start of a 3-day workshop breathing from contemporary to classic–thus, “Denim Refreshment”.
Present in the event is the launching of Jade Fusion, a temperature-reducing wear. It was crafted with natural jade that is famous for its heat-resistant property, giving the wearers cooler feeling by its improved breathability and moisture management.
The 3-day workshop has 4 stations to make your DIY jeans.
First is the RIPPING, where distressing, slashing and grinding were made to put that cool rip you want. You can either put a light or heavy rip.
Second is the REPAIR Station. Apparently, this is where repairs, alterations, sewing and patchworks were made.
Next station is the PAINT where you can splash different colors of paints to your ripped or repaired jeans.
And for the last station, MONOGRAMMING. It is where you can add you own signature to the finished product using initials.
To spice up the said event, Jamba Juice partners with Lee to give away thirst-quenching up-sized coupons to customers with every purchase of Lee Jeans during the affair.
Creating new concepts was pushed by the curiosity of Lee Jeans. Therefore, expect more DIY from the owner of the denim customization floor.
