Owning a condo for Php 250 a day sounds unbelievable but nothing is impossible with Avida’s HOMEPOSSIBLE activity during the launch site of Avida Towers Centera Tower 4 in Mandaluyong City last March 9-10, 2013.
If you can save as little as Php 250 a day, promising yourself to turn back from your usual habits, well then, you might just get the opportunity and benefits of owning an Avida property.
Through a partnership with BPI Home Loans, Avida provides answers to people’s home-buying apprehensions about the cost and processing through “Easy-to-Own Home Schemes.” Units for as low as Php 7,500 with low interest rates were availed during the HOMEPOSSIBLE activity. That puts simply Php 250 a day for 30 days and that’s it.
We have seen the units of Avida Towers Centera and we are tempted to avail of that scheme.
Avida Towers Centera caters to the dynamic lifestyle of city dwellers by offering much more than a residential condominium tower typically provides. Avida Towers Centera gives the lifestyle edge of a mixed-use development with the two-level retail area at the podium and zoned amenities. Located on the quiet side of the development, Tower 4 will have a unique offering – 3BR units with floor-to-ceiling pop out windows that will allow residents to enjoy panoramic views of the cityscape. Tower 4 also offers studio, 1BR, 2BR, and special 2BR units.

Avida Land bares plan for 6.6-hectare South Park District in Alabang
Avida Land Corp. also announced its plans to develop South Park District, the company’s first large-scale, master-planned, mixed-use development, as part of its continuing expansion in the South and in other key areas across the country.
South Park District will be a venue for convergence on the side of Muntinlupa that embraces a uniquely Southern experience, bringing life to its concept of “Part City. Part Nature. Pure South.”
The multiphase project will cost Php 12 billion over a period of 10 years.
Watch out for more exciting news for South Park District in the coming days because it is expected to boost the flourishing business atmosphere in the Alabang area once it opens to the public in the fourth quarter of 2015 – the regional mall that will house local and international shops and commercial establishments, and which will also be home to a number of BPO companies, embodying the live-work-play environment of the project.
