Avida Land bares plan for 6.6-hectare South Park District in Alabang
Avida Land Corp. also announced its plans to develop South Park District, the company’s first large-scale, master-planned, mixed-use development, as part of its continuing expansion in the South and in other key areas across the country.
South Park District will be a venue for convergence on the side of Muntinlupa that embraces a uniquely Southern experience, bringing life to its concept of “Part City. Part Nature. Pure South.”
The multiphase project will cost Php 12 billion over a period of 10 years.
Watch out for more exciting news for South Park District in the coming days because it is expected to boost the flourishing business atmosphere in the Alabang area once it opens to the public in the fourth quarter of 2015 – the regional mall that will house local and international shops and commercial establishments, and which will also be home to a number of BPO companies, embodying the live-work-play environment of the project.
