Prepare for a three-day tear-jerking Lenten Special episodes when the country’s no. 1 popular noontime TV show, Eat Bulaga, gives audience its yearly offering of drama series in observance of the Holy Week 2015 on GMA-7. The Eat Bulaga Lenten Special stars our favorite Dabarkads in their rare acting drama appearances.
Biro ng Kapalaran headlines Kempee de Leon, Nova Villa, Paolo Ballesteros, and Jimmy Santos back-to-back with Lukso ng Dugo starring Pia Guanio, Julia Clarete, Ryzza Mae Dizon, Aiza Seguerra, and Ricky Davao. Both episodes will be shown on Holy Monday. Biro is directed by Mark Reyes while Lukso is directed by Gina Alajar.
Pangako ng Pag-ibig stars Pauleen Luna, Rocco Nacino, Anjo Yllana, and Jaclyn Jose followed by Pinagpalang Ama starring Jose Manalo, Wally Bayola, Ryan Agoncillo, Joey de Leon, and Ms. Pilita Corales. Pangako and Pinagpalang Ama air on Holy Tuesday. Pangako is directed by Jose Javier Reyes and Pinagpalang Ama is directed by Bb. Joyce Bernal.
Aruga ng Puso, also directed by Bb. Bernal, stars Bianca Umali, Ruby Rodrigiez, Marian Rivera, and Irma Adlawan.
Last but not the least is Sukli ng Pagmamahal, direcxted by Joel Lamangan, starring Sef Cadayona, Ina Raymundo, Allan K., Tito Sotto, and Vic Sotto. Aruga and Sukli air on Holy Wednesday.
We already saw Lukso ng Dugo and Pinagpalang ama during Eat Bulaga Lenten Special Blogger’s Night held earlier this evening and what we are about to suggest is to get ready for some tear-jerking drama scenes brought by these great talents who also hosts the longest running noontime variety show in Philippine television.

Pinagpalang Ama, a story about a loving and understanding father who have three gay grown-ups children is based on real-life accounts of one family which was featured as winners in Eat Bulaga’s Sugod Bahay Juan for All, All for Juan segment.
