There’s something that these Blue Eagles far South will be proud of, and at least bring home bragging rights for winning the grand prize in Pioneer‘s ‘Stories of Friendship‘ video competition. The awarding was held last Tuesday night (May 20) at Cinema 5, Greenbelt 3 in Makati. They’re not just bringing the flag but they’ll be taking home with them a sum of Php 120,000 cash prize and a whole lot of goodies for besting over 8 finalists from different schools and universities nationwide.
Ateneo de Davao University‘s entry “My Friends Who Ran” topped all the entries with theme of friendship as the main storyboard for the videos submitted.
Pioneer launched the ‘Stories of Friendship’ video competition as part of their 60th anniversary celebration. The theme of friendship was chosen as Pioneer differentiates itself as a “friend” who shares the Filipino’s dream through their ups and downs. The ‘Stories of Friendship’ asked young people to share their take on friendship in a 3-minute (or less) video.
