Pokemon Go Hunting
Why not? From NAIA Terminal 4 we were already searching far and wide for Pokemons, to be the best like no one ever was, when we flew to Boracay for a weekend getaway trip.
The search continued as soon as we landed in Caticlan airport. Do you want to know where you can catch Pikachu?
PIKACHU IN BORACAY
Pikachu spawns in three different places in Boracay. One Pikachu appeared while we were on our way to Bulabog Beach where we boarded a motor boat that ferried us to Boracay SunCruiser #BoatParty, Day 1 of our Azalea Hotels and Residences Boracay Group Getaway weekend stay last August 16-19. Boracay SunCruiser offers a unique and fun party experience for group of friends who want to try a not-so-ordinary Boracay vacation.
Our travel buddies on that trip got excited when we caught Pikachu while on board the van going to Bulabog.
Another Pikachu spawned at Lemon Cafe located at D’ Mall in Station 2. Pikachu appeared at the restaurant while we were having our breakfast the following day.
Melo of Out of Town Blog was the first to caught the little monster at Lemon Cafe. It only has CP 144 but it’s still Pikachu, right? Thanks to Melo’s Lure, we caught not just one but a few Pokemons too in that same spot.
Godofredo P. Ramos Boracay Airport
The third creature spawned at the airport while we were waiting for our boarding time for our flight back to Manila.
Pikachu isn’t the only rare Pokemon spawning in Boracay. If you get lucky, you can catch a Vulpix, Gastly, Graveler, Ponyta, Meowth or two while roaming around the favorite white sand beach of the millennials and adulting Titos and Titas of Manila!
There are a lot of PokeStops in the island. Just walk along the beach area and as far as you can go, you’ll be able to fill your Bag with Items from the PokeStops.
In Caticlan airport while waiting for our boarding time, we caught several Pokemons while we hang-out at the second floor waiting area. Thanks again to Melo for dropping another Lure.
We also dropped a Lure after the first one expired. That was the time when another Pikachu appeared. We caught a total of three Pikachus in the island during that trip hosted by Azalea Hotels and Residences Boracay.
We are impressed with Globe’s strong network signal in Boracay. We were able to use our mobile data without much of a glitch. There goes our next billing statement!
Our Pokemon Go hunting was fun-packed, thanks to the reliable network signal in the island. Azalea Hotels and Residences Boracay’s also has good WiFi connection inside the property.
During that 4-day weekend getaway, Globe network service and Pokemon Go made our trip even more wonderful in Boracay.
