Janet Ranola, Singapore-based and is currently Philippine Manager of Skyscanner, met up with five of the well-traveled bloggers in the country. Raffy Pedrajita (www.pinoytravelblog.com), Alex Dizon (www.rammmpa.blogspot.com), Juan Manila (www.juantraveler.com), Enrico Dee (www.byahilo.com) and Melo Vilareal (www.outoftownblog.com) hanged-out with Janet over lunch at Lugang Cafe at the SM Mall of Asia last September 4, 2013.

In line with promoting Skyscanner, Janet invites everyone to come and see their exhibition booth on September 6-8, for the 24th Philippine Travel Mart at the SMX Convention Center, MOA Complex. Department of Tourism (DOT) Secretary Ramon Jimenez will lead the opening remarks of more than 350 exhibitors through the highly anticipated Sale ng Bayan.

Travel industry have grown 300% as of last year, according to Janet and partly, couple reasons are the booming of travel industry and budget-friendly sky fares offering from local airlines.

Also, Skyscanner  is wrapping up their growth and expanding its reach across Southeast Asia as they open up positions for digital marketers.
