SM City Cebu Christmas Village

First SM mall outside Manila built in 1993, SM City Cebu celebrates its 6th Christmas Village this Holiday Season. The Christmas Village started with 90 dioramas of villages that grew to almost 700 pieces today.  These diorama displays are owned by Clayton and Georgina Tugonon.

The Christmas Village centerpiece took 11 days to set-up at the SM City Cebu’s North Wing which was launched last November 11 just in time to celebrate the Christmas Holiday in Cebu.

The new addition the diorama display are the collections of the Churches of the World.

This year’s Christmas Village centerpiece was organized with the help from various brands, companies, and families who supported this project by donating certain amounts to support this meaningful cause.

All donations will go directly to KYTHE Foundation, a non-government organization (NGO) that supports and help children in pediatrics care by providing them hope by improving the quality of life among hospitalized children with cancer and other chronic illness.

KYTHE is a group of trained professionals providing the Child Life Program. As the only foundation in the Philippines offering the Kythe Child Life Program, they have provided psychosocial support to over 8,000 children with cancer and other chronic illness and their families since 1992.
