Sofitel Philippine Plaza Manila ushers in the Year of the Fire Monkey with a bountiful feast of sumptuous culinary offerings.

The celebration kicked-off with an epicurean voyage featuring the colorful culinary offerings of the Land of the Morning Calm: Korea, Annyeong Haseyo!

Award-winning Korean master Chef Jang Bo-ik, flying in from Grand Ambassador by Pullman Korea, presented a gamut of unique Korean flavors with his signature dishes enhancing rich selection of the multi-awarded dining haven, Spiral.

The gastronomic journey included Korean Wine Dinner (jan. 21), The Art of Making Kimchi (Jan. 22), Korean Magnifique Chef (Jan. 24), and Korean‬ ‪cooking class‬ (Jan. 25) with Chef Jang Bo-ik. The class ran from 3PM to 4PM with rate set at PHP 1500 per person.

For the celebration of the Chinese New Year‬, with the ‎Year of the Fire Monkey‬, Sofitel Philippine Plaza Manila presents 10 Secrets To Happiness‬ by Chinese Culinary Artisan, Chef Michael Tai of Spiral. The ‪Lunar New Year‬ ‪culinary‬ offer is available from February 1 – 10, 2016 and will feature grandiose runway collection by renowned fashion designer, Albert Andrada on the 3rd of February 2016.

The 10 Secrets To Happiness brings in a culinary interpretation of prosperity, longevity, friends, faith, and fortune.
