A vacuum cleaner that has no bag? Cordless? No awkward moves? How can this be?
This is what Dyson Technology is all about. Solving everyday problems every households have.
In 1993, a frustrated James Dyson found a solution to dust and debris clogging from his vacuum cleaner. Dyson ripped open the bag to find the problem. The clogging causes the machine to loose suction and leave dirt behind. James invented cyclone technology after 5,127 prototypes and numerous attempts.
Now supported by over 1,500 engineers, Dyson sells machines in 67 countries including Japan, China and Russia. It is a market leader in the UK, US, Australia, New Zealand and Canada.
This launching in the Philippines represents an important next step in Dyson’s Asia expansion.
Dyson is now open at the Level 4, Rustan’s Makati and will soon open at the following locations: Level 3, Century City Mall; Ground Floor, Robinsons Magnolia; and Level 2, Robinsons Place Manila.
New British ambassador Asif Ahmad graced the launching held at The Fort this Monday, Feb. 17, afternoon.
The launch also showcased the Air Multiplier – the world’s first bladeless fan that creates a cool, smooth and uninterrupted airflow. Trust us, the Air Multiplier is one household machine we badly need in our homes.
