 This year’s winner of Cebuana Lhuillier’s Search for the Happiest Pinoy is a financial analyst with Celebral Palsy. Richardson Navor, a 28-year old Caloocan City, won over nine other finalists and took home a cash prize of PhP 1 million and a trophy. Navor is the third winner of the Search for the Happiest Pinoy which was first introduced in 2009. There were 280,000 nominations for this year alone which broke its own record, the most in the campaign’s three-year history.  Being the 2013 BTC Awardee, Dr. Raymond Cagape’s attachment in serving was apparent as he spoke about his experiences during the launch of Blessed Teresa of Calcutta Awardee 2015, April 22, in Makati City “Habang kasama ko kayo, it is very classy environment with people in very nice clothes, naalala ko ang mga tao sa aking area,” said Cagape.
