 Thanks to our Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB), some 90% of Grab and Uber services will not be available beginning on July 26, 2017  because these ride-hailing vehicles do not have the necessary  certificates BECAUSE THE LTFRB STOPPED ISSUING THEM A YEAR AGO.
