Quite surprisingly, when we reached Aguinaldo Shrine in Kawit, Cavite, we saw a taho vendor and we were intrigued of the color of his taho that he is selling. We approached Manong Taho and he started selling us his Ube Taho for Php 10. Taho or soybean curd is a popular street food in the Philippines especially during morning hours.
