 I would say 2016 is turning out to be another great year for OPM. The first ever Pinoy rock band that I enjoyed listening to while growing up in the 80’s, The Dawn, just welcomed back lead guitarist Francis “Kiko” Reyes (a.k.a. Eraserheads ‘reunited’ one more time


 Last night, rock band Eraserheads made a surprise appearance and made every Eheads fans dream came true after seeing Ely Buendia, Marcus Adoro, Buddy Zabala, and Raimund Marasigan together in one stage, one more time. The surprise concert-themed gig happened last night during the unveiling of the new logo for a telecommunication company held in Makati Shangri-La Hotel.  “Rivermaya reunion happened while you were sleeping last night” That was the catch phrase Roxanne Nebres, concert photographer, posted on her Facebook page, accompanying a video of the song “Himala” performed by no-less than the original members of the 90s rising Pinoy Rock era band, Rivermaya. Perf De Castro, Nathan Azarcon, Mark Escueta, and Rico Blanco reunited last night at 19 East of what could be a sign for an upcoming reunion in the future.
