 Sofitel Philippine Plaza Manila celebrates French National Day C’est Trop Bon for the whole month of July highlighting 210 different types of cheese at Spiral’s L’Epicerie to further enrich the Filipino’s growing adoration for the classic French staple. Cheese specialist Colin Chandaras will share the fine art of appreciating cheeee from July 6-10, 2016 at lunch and dinner. Colin has a specialization on cheese and dairy products, having been trained by the master cheesemaker himself, Pascal Beillevarie.
