Tatt Awards 2015 goes beyond the usual search for recognizing this year’s top social media movers and shakers, defining each individual, group, and communities who made impact on the Internet. Tatt Awards 2015 theme ‘Greatness Amplified‘ removes the labels by pushing without limits the greatness of each nominees.
“No spoilers. But you will witness something new tonight,” said Dan Horan, Senior Advisor for Consumer Business at Globe, who engaged with us in a conversation as we waited for the official announcement of the Tatt Awards 2015 launch last night at The Globe Tower.
Currently on its fifth year, Globe Telecom mobile brand Tattoo did one major change – eliminate categories for Tatt Awards 2015. “This 2015, the Tatt Awards not only celebrates those who have been great online, but the connectivity that made their greatness possible. The Tatt Awards is part of Globe Telecom’s commitment to enabling the Filipino digital lifestyle, as it institutionalizes greatness, creativity, and innovation in the digital space. Before any content can make its mark, it must be liked, reposted, shared, followed, and passed on. It is through these connections that good things can become great. It becomes greatness amplified and greatness shared, and that is what this year’s Tatt Awards is all about,” said Ray Guinoo, Director for Tattoo Mobile Brand.
“This year, we’ll call it The Great Ten. We’re gonna simplify the Tattoo Awards with simply awarding The Great Ten. They could be ten people and artists, or performers, singers, writers, movement, startup, or it could be anything that displays excellence in the world of social media. and that’s how we made it different this year.”
Public nominations will run from September 16 to October 15, 2015 and to be submitted via www.TattAwards.com.
