An aggressive but careful Timothy Bradley, Jr. bravely faced Manny Pacquiao inside the ring of MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada on April 12, 2014. The two fought for the WBO Welterweight title.
Bradley has a record of 31 straight wins before the VINDICATION rematch with Pacquiao whom he defeated in June 2012 for the same title. (RELATED: Manny Pacquiao victory is a vindication over Timothy Bradley)
Before the match, Bradley was confident that he will beat Pacquiao whom he believed has lost ‘all the fire’ to relinquish the title. Pacquiao in another interview said that it’s either gonna be a KO or a unanimous decision once the 12 round fight ends.
On favorable decisions from three judges, Manny won the fight after the 12th round. He suffered a deep cut in the left cheek jaw side. (RELATED: Pacquiao wins over Bradley on their second bout in Las Vegas)
The loss, will be the most (yet) unforgettable event for Bradley’s. Asked what he felt that Manny regained the WBO Welterweight title, he said that he will go back practicing more. He also mentioned that Manny is the best fighter – a show of true sportsmanship and humbling action from the man who thought Manny can’t come back anymore. Yet the price, Bradley is not undefeated anymore.
