Late last week, HTC in partnership with SMART Communications, Inc., launched Windows Phone 8X by HTC available at SMART UnliData Plan 2000. That’s right, the newest sleek model powered by Microsoft Windows 8 OS is available for a 30-months lock-in period under SMART UnliData Plan 2000 for FREE, no initial cost to SMART subscribers. You’ll also get 200 free text messages and 150 minutes of local calls. Windows Phone 8X by HTC is also available at 24-months lock-in with Php 4,000.00 cash-out.
Whats new with Windows Phone 8X by HTC?
It’s sleek and has that edgy design perfect for entertainment junkies, netizens, and multitasking professionals. It has 4.3-inch SuperLCD2 panel with a 1280 x 720 resolution packed with Beats Audio sound enhancement with a handset dimensions of 132.4 x 66.2 x 10.1 mm, not too heavy and not too light – just on the average weight, which we like.
It looks like the Nokia Lumia and it has the built-in power of Windows 8 OS. Windows Phone 8X by HTC takes the advantage of the Windows Phone Live Tiles.
In general, Windows Phone 8X by HTC is compatible with 2G, 3G, and LTE networks.
This should be a perfect buy but just in the same pricing of other high-end Androids (like Samsung Galaxy S3) and iPhone models with 16gb. That is if you’re planning to buy the Windows Phone 8X by HTC in the open market which cost at Php 26,490.00.
In a nutshell, Windows Phone 8X by HTC is a good alternative, which is comparably cost less, from Samsung Galaxy S3 and iPhone 5. We have been an HTC user for quite sometime already and we are generally comfy with the brand. If it’s time to upgrade, then Windows Phone 8X by HTC would be it.
