  1. It says on the box that it’s “guaranteed to never fall out”. However, it fell out of my ears when I first tried it. I don’t know if it’s the earphones or my ears.

Yurbuds also provides us “lifetime warranty”. I have to return my Yurbuds earphones (can’t remember what model but it cost me 3000 for that) two months after buying it. One of the ‘ears’ stopped working. Power Mac replaced my earphones after more than a month of waiting. After a couple of months of using it, it stopped working (again). So I returned it (again). Power Mac replaced my earphones thrice, and after the last replacement, the same problem occurred. Since the store warranty already lapsed, I have to email Yurbuds Philippines, asking what can I do about it. They said, they’ll replace it for the LAST time. So much for that lifetime warranty.

My question is, why does the earphones malfunction almost every after two to three months? Is there something wrong about my phone? Or is it my running? I don’t know.
